Taking Part

There are lots of ways you and you’re family can take part in this organization.
You can offer to help us when we organise events. We always need helpers and volunteers. Indeed some of the children that we have helped over the years come back to us and offer there support and volunteer their help at these events. That for us is a very special way for them to thank us and also shows us that our support was a useful part of their lives also.

You can offer your expertise or you can offer to fundraise, donate something you think we would find useful. If you feel you have some of the qualities we are looking for why not come and join our committee. We plan future events and also discuss the needs of the family etc. Some of our committee members and directors started out just helping us a little bit and then decided to become more involved. Some of these volunteers are also parents of children with special needs.
Parenting a child is one of the most difficult jobs there is, parenting a child with additional needs more so.
